Loyalty Programme

The Shhalaj Publishing House Loyalty Programme rewards registered customers for purchasing eligible books and engaging with our platform.

1. Programme Eligibility

Participation in the Loyalty Programme is available to registered customer accounts that have successfully verified their email address.

Shhalaj Publishing House may refuse, suspend, or terminate participation where fraud, abuse, misuse, duplicate accounts, or other irregular activity is detected.

2. Welcome Loyalty Bonus

Customers who successfully register an account and verify their email address may receive a one-time Welcome Loyalty Bonus of ₹50 in Loyalty Points.

3. One Account Per Customer

Customers may maintain only one active customer account unless expressly authorised by Shhalaj Publishing House.

Multiple accounts created to obtain additional bonuses, discounts, promotional benefits, or Loyalty Points may be merged, suspended, terminated, or adjusted.

4. Earning Loyalty Points

Customers earn Loyalty Points on eligible Standard-Priced Books at the rate of 5% of the Gross Value of eligible books.

1 Loyalty Point = ₹1.

Loyalty Points may be earned and redeemed up to two decimal places.

Points are normally credited after successful dispatch of an order.

5. Redeeming Loyalty Points

Loyalty Points may be redeemed only against eligible Standard-Priced Books.

Loyalty Points cannot be redeemed against:

If the available Loyalty Point balance exceeds the value of eligible books in an order, only the required amount shall be redeemed and the remaining balance shall continue to remain available for future purchases.

6. Loyalty Point Validity

Loyalty Points do not expire.

They remain available until redeemed, adjusted, reversed, cancelled, forfeited, or otherwise removed in accordance with these terms.

7. Account Closure and Forfeiture

If a customer account is closed, deleted, suspended, terminated, or otherwise ceases to exist, any remaining Loyalty Points may be forfeited without compensation.

8. No Cash Value or Transferability

Loyalty Points have no cash value.

They cannot be withdrawn, sold, transferred, assigned, gifted, pledged, exchanged for cash, or otherwise converted into monetary payment.

9. Corrections and Adjustments

Shhalaj Publishing House reserves the right to adjust, reverse, cancel, suspend, or correct Loyalty Point balances affected by fraud, abuse, duplicate accounts, technical errors, system malfunctions, unauthorised activity, or other irregular conduct.

10. Changes to the Programme

Shhalaj Publishing House may modify, suspend, withdraw, replace, or discontinue the Loyalty Programme, in whole or in part, at any time.

Any changes shall become effective upon publication on the website unless otherwise stated.

11. Final Decision

All decisions regarding Loyalty Points, programme eligibility, account status, adjustments, redemptions, and related matters shall be made by Shhalaj Publishing House and shall be final.
