This Content Submission Policy governs the submission of manuscripts, proposals, author information, publisher information, images, documents, and other materials to Shhalaj Publishing House through its websites, forms, email communications, and related services.
This policy applies to all content submitted to Shhalaj Publishing House, including but not limited to manuscripts, book proposals, articles, illustrations, photographs, cover designs, biographies, metadata, promotional materials, and supporting documentation.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you retain ownership of the intellectual property rights in the content you submit.
Submission of content does not transfer copyright ownership to Shhalaj Publishing House.
By submitting content, you represent and warrant that:
Shhalaj Publishing House may review submitted content for editorial, administrative, technical, legal, catalogue, marketing, or publishing purposes.
We are under no obligation to review, respond to, accept, publish, distribute, or retain any submission.
Submission of content does not create a publishing agreement, partnership, agency relationship, employment relationship, or any other contractual relationship.
Any publishing arrangement shall arise only through a separate written agreement executed by the relevant parties.
By submitting content, you grant Shhalaj Publishing House a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, review, reproduce internally, and communicate regarding the submitted materials solely for evaluation, administration, catalogue preparation, publishing consideration, and related business purposes.
Shhalaj Publishing House is not required to publish, return, preserve, archive, or maintain submitted materials unless otherwise agreed.
We may delete or dispose of rejected, withdrawn, incomplete, or unused submissions at our discretion.
Certain submissions may be processed using software tools, automated systems, metadata extraction tools, catalogue generation systems, plagiarism detection tools, or other technologies used to support publishing and administrative functions.
We take reasonable measures to protect submitted materials. However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Shhalaj Publishing House reserves the right to reject, remove, restrict, suspend, or discontinue consideration of any submission at its sole discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shhalaj Publishing House shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, corruption, unauthorised access, or failure relating to submitted materials.
We may update this Content Submission Policy from time to time. Revised versions will be published on this page together with the updated effective date.
