Vikas H. Gandhi

Vikas H. Gandhi is an Associate Professor of Law in the Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar. He has cleared GSET for lecturership and joined the university as lecturer (Assistant Professor) in 2006. He has completed his Ph.D. in 2008. His area of teaching and research are Alternative Dispute Resolution(ADR), Human Rights & International Humanitarian Law, International Commercial Arbitration, and Investment Arbitration at UG level and the subjects like Research Methodology and Investment Law at PG level. Few research articles on the similar subjects and areas goes to his credit.
