Dr. Mithesh a gold medalist in M.A Sociology from Dronacharya govt. college gurugram is an Assistant Professor and Head of the Department of Sociology at the Government College, Rithoj, Gurugram. She is a committed academician, an avid reader and a lifetime member of the all India Sociological Society Problems. Her core areas od interest are gender, the police profession and social problems, she has travelled for national conferences, workshop and seminars. She has also published articles in books and journals.
